BizzNoir covers Greater Montreal, including Montreal, Laval, the North Shore, the South Shore and the Montreal boroughs shown in the Areas section.

Yes. Creating an account, browsing the directory and submitting a business listing are currently free.

A confirmed account lets you add and manage businesses, track their status and post a review. Email confirmation protects your account and reduces fake profiles.

Create and confirm your account, select “Add my business,” complete the form, add your images and submit the listing for approval.

The listing must be submitted by the owner of a Black-owned business or by someone authorized to represent it. The business must offer products or services in Greater Montreal.

Every listing is reviewed before publication. This process helps identify incomplete information, duplicates, invalid images and potentially unsafe links.

You will receive an email explaining the decision. If corrections are requested, you can update and resubmit the listing. If it is declined, the reason will be provided so you know what to do next.

Yes. You can manage your listings from your account. Major changes are reviewed before replacing the public version, and confirmation is required before deletion.

You need an account with a confirmed email address. Only one review is allowed per account for each business. Every review is checked by BizzNoir before it becomes public.

The badge means the representative’s identity and relationship to the business have been reviewed. It does not guarantee the quality of the business’s products, services or future commitments.

The assistant can help you find a published business and understand how the site works. It cannot change an account, publish a listing or make an administrative decision, and its answers may occasionally contain an error.
